  • 1 cup blueberries (or other desired mix-ins)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries (or other mix-ins).
  6. Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  7. Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
