Description

Crispy, golden-brown shrimp coated in panko breadcrumbs, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a third shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dredge each shrimp in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  6. Spray the tops of the shrimp lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp are cooked through and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
