- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a third shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dredge each shrimp in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Spray the tops of the shrimp lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the shrimp are cooked through and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
