- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into thin fries.
- Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat them dry.
- In a large bowl, combine the fries with olive oil, truffle oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
- Once done, remove the fries from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of truffle oil to your taste.
- For extra flavor, you can add some fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
