Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into thin fries.
  3. Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat them dry.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the fries with olive oil, truffle oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
  6. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Once done, remove the fries from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the amount of truffle oil to your taste.
  • For extra flavor, you can add some fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
