  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 7-inch round baking dish that fits in your air fryer basket.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and herbs until well combined.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust, filling it just below the edge.
  6. Carefully place the baking dish into the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove the quiche from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
