- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 7-inch round baking dish that fits in your air fryer basket.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and herbs until well combined.
- Add the chopped vegetables and cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust, filling it just below the edge.
- Carefully place the baking dish into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiche is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the quiche from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
