This air fryer quiche is a delicious and easy way to enjoy a classic dish. Fluffy eggs, creamy cheese, and your choice of vegetables come together in a perfectly cooked quiche, made right in your air fryer!

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pre-made pie crust or phyllo dough
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the cheese and diced vegetables until evenly distributed.
- Place the pie crust in a greased air fryer-safe dish or directly in the air fryer basket. If using phyllo dough, layer it in the dish, brushing each layer with a little oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the crust, ensuring it’s evenly spread.
- Cook the quiche in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite meats like ham or bacon.
- For a lighter version, you can use egg whites instead of whole eggs.
- Make sure not to overfill the pie crust to prevent overflow during cooking.
