Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the seasoning to your preference; add more cayenne for extra heat.
- Serve with a side of cocktail sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
