Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let them cool slightly.
  3. Once cooled, place the potatoes on a cutting board and gently smash them with the bottom of a glass or potato masher.
