Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape each part around a wooden skewer, forming elongated kofta.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Lightly brush the kofta with olive oil to help them crisp up in the air fryer.
  5. Place the kofta in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the kofta are browned and cooked through.
