- 4 medium russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches.
- Cook the potato wedges in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
- Once the wedges are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste. You can add more or less cayenne pepper depending on your heat preference.
- For extra crispy wedges, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and air frying.
