  • Author: ushinzomr

Description

Crispy, flavorful potato wedges made effortlessly in the air fryer, seasoned with a blend of spices for a perfect side dish or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches.
  4. Cook the potato wedges in the air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
  5. Once the wedges are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste. You can add more or less cayenne pepper depending on your heat preference.
  • For extra crispy wedges, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning and air frying.
