- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Lightly spray the outside of each stuffed chicken breast with olive oil spray and season with additional salt and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not crowded.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
