- 10 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds for less heat if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing it down slightly to ensure it’s packed.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapeños in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 370°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the jalapeños are tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced onions or jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before air frying.
