Description

Ingredients

  • 12 Mini bell peppers (halved and seeds removed)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley until well mixed.
  3. Take each mini bell pepper half and fill it with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to ensure they are well filled.
  4. Brush the tops of the stuffed peppers lightly with olive oil.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they aren’t overcrowded.
  6. Air fry the peppers for 10-12 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
