These air fryer stuffed mini peppers are a delicious and healthy appetizer that’s easy to make and full of flavor. Perfect for parties or as a snack!

- 12 Mini bell peppers (halved and seeds removed)
- 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley until well mixed.
- Take each mini bell pepper half and fill it with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to ensure they are well filled.
- Brush the tops of the stuffed peppers lightly with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they aren’t overcrowded.
- Air fry the peppers for 10-12 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other spices or ingredients to the cheese filling, such as cooked sausage, bacon bits, or jalapeños for a kick.
- These stuffed peppers are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
