- 12 Fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture.
- If using, sprinkle the tops of the stuffed mushrooms with bread crumbs and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

- For extra flavor, you can add cooked sausage or spinach to the cheese mixture.
