Deliciously cheesy stuffed mushrooms made effortlessly in an air fryer. Perfect as an appetizer or party snack!


Ingredients

  • 12 Fresh mushrooms
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture.
  3. If using, sprinkle the tops of the stuffed mushrooms with bread crumbs and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  7. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
