Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to pack it in.
  4. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
