Deliciously seasoned stuffed mushrooms cooked to perfection in an air fryer.

- 1 pound large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to pack it in.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
