- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the meatballs in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook the meatballs in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
