Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for coating

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, bell peppers, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  2. Take a spring roll wrapper and place it on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the vegetable filling onto the wrapper.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a spring roll. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking spray or brush with oil for a crispy finish.
  6. Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite vegetables.
  • Make sure not to overfill the spring rolls to prevent them from bursting while cooking.
