Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Your favorite condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Shape the ground beef into 4 equal patties and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Place the burger patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the patties and place a slice of cheese on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the burgers reach desired doneness.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burger: place the patty on the bun, top with crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and your favorite condiments.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
