Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a towel.
  3. Poke several holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Air fry the potatoes for 35-40 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
  7. Check the doneness by inserting a fork or knife into the center; it should slide in easily.
  8. Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
