- 2 packets of frozen acai puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Toppings: fresh berries, sliced banana, granola, chia seeds, coconut flakes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, banana, mixed berries, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with fresh berries, sliced banana, granola, chia seeds, and coconut flakes as desired.
- Enjoy immediately!
