- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with blackening seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through and blackened.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a few shrimp on each tortilla, then topping with cabbage, avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!

- Adjust the amount of blackening seasoning according to your spice preference.
