Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
  2. Add lemon juice and lemon zest, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, mixing until crumbs are evenly coated.
  5. In serving glasses, layer the cheesecake mixture, blueberries, and graham cracker mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of blueberries on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
