  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, bourbon, vanilla extract, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt. Toss to coat the peaches evenly.
  3. Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, and egg until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the peach mixture in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
