- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- While the oil is heating, season the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the chicken wings in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pot.
- Fry the wings for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and then stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
- In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with the buffalo sauce until they are fully coated.
- Serve the wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, consider double frying them: fry once, let them rest, and fry again for 3-5 minutes.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to taste for desired spiciness.
