- 1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup homemade croutons
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add anchovy paste to the dressing.
- You can use store-bought croutons if you’re short on time.
