- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare a campfire and let it burn down until you have hot coals.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Grease a cast-iron skillet or baking dish suitable for campfire use.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Cover the skillet with aluminum foil and place it over the hot coals.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, checking occasionally until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm.
