These Caprese Skewers are a fresh and vibrant appetizer featuring ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil, all drizzled with balsamic glaze for an extra burst of flavor.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

- Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the skewers with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute cherry tomatoes with grape tomatoes for a different flavor.
- You can also add a drizzle of olive oil for extra richness.
- For a spicy kick, consider adding a slice of fresh jalapeño between the tomato and mozzarella.
