- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, curry powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
