Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
  5. Cook the chicken thighs for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
