Ingredients

- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up, in a single layer. Do not overcrowd.
- Cook the chicken thighs for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can spray the chicken thighs lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
- Feel free to adjust the spices to your taste or add your favorite herbs.
