These air fryer chickpeas are perfectly crispy and seasoned to perfection. They make a great snack or topping for salads and bowls!


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
  4. Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
