A refreshing and creamy dessert made with ripe mangoes and coconut milk, perfect for a tropical treat.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
- 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
- 1/2 cup water
- for garnish fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine water and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until agar-agar is fully dissolved.
- In a blender, combine diced mangoes, coconut milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Add the dissolved agar-agar mixture to the blender and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into serving cups or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter pudding, increase the amount of sugar according to your taste.
- You can substitute agar-agar with gelatin if preferred, but adjust the quantity as needed.
