Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • for garnish fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water and agar-agar powder. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until agar-agar is fully dissolved.
  2. In a blender, combine diced mangoes, coconut milk, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the dissolved agar-agar mixture to the blender and blend again until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving cups or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter pudding, increase the amount of sugar according to your taste.
  • You can substitute agar-agar with gelatin if preferred, but adjust the quantity as needed.
