A delicious and easy-to-make chocolate strawberry bark that’s perfect for snacking or gifting.
Ingredients

- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a separate bowl using the same method.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer.
- Use a toothpick or a knife to swirl the two chocolates together for a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle the freeze-dried strawberries evenly over the chocolate mixture.
- Finish by sprinkling the sea salt on top.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is completely set.
- Once set, break the chocolate bark into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute the freeze-dried strawberries with any other freeze-dried fruit of your choice.
- This bark can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
