- 6 cups mixed salad greens (such as romaine, iceberg, or arugula)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette or dressing of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, layer the mixed greens as the base.
- Arrange the diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, avocado, blue cheese, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, and red onion in rows on top of the greens.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette or dressing of your choice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
