- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the avocados, cucumber, vegetable broth, yogurt, lime juice, and garlic.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
