- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for a low-carb option)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment paper, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Make sure to leave space between each chip to allow for even cooking.
- Air fry the chips for 8-10 minutes, checking for desired crispiness. They should be golden brown and crunchy.
- Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the seasoning to your taste, adding spices like paprika or chili powder for an extra kick.
- Store any leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
