- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion.
