Ingredients

  • 2 large roasted red peppers, peeled and sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the roasted red peppers, garlic, and heavy cream. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Pour in the red pepper mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes.
