- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve warm.
