Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve warm.
