  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place the breaded chicken in the basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry the chicken for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  7. In the last few minutes of cooking, top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese, and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
  8. Drizzle the cooked spaghetti with olive oil and toss to combine.
  9. Serve the crispy chicken Parmesan on a bed of golden spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil.

  • For extra crunch, you can coat the chicken breast in flour before dipping in egg and breadcrumbs.
