- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add the breadcrumb mixture to the green beans and toss until the beans are evenly coated.
- Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry the green beans for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve the crispy green beans with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
