Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
