  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing together the ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately with the creamy ketchup dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the potatoes for extra flavor.
  • For a spicier dipping sauce, consider adding a dash of hot sauce to the creamy ketchup.
