Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing together the ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and serve immediately with the creamy ketchup dipping sauce.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the potatoes for extra flavor.
- For a spicier dipping sauce, consider adding a dash of hot sauce to the creamy ketchup.
