  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, pour the ranch dressing.
  3. In another shallow bowl, combine the crushed cornflakes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the ranch dressing, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Coat the chicken breast in the cornflake mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
