- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 can frosting (any flavor)
- Food coloring (pastel colors)
- Mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans
- Edible grass (coconut flakes dyed green)
- Cupcake liners
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Once the cupcakes are cool, frost each cupcake generously with your chosen frosting.
- Divide the frosting into separate bowls and add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl to create pastel colors. Mix well.
- Using a piping bag or a knife, frost each cupcake with the colored frosting.
- Sprinkle the tops with edible grass (coconut flakes).
- Top each cupcake with mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans to create a festive look.

- Feel free to use any flavor of cake mix and frosting to match your theme.
- You can make the edible grass by mixing shredded coconut with green food coloring.
