Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, and fresh parsley. Pour over the chicken.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with the pan juices spooned over the chicken.
