Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add corn kernels, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until corn is tender and slightly charred.
- In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and toss to combine.
- Serve the sautéed corn alongside the fresh salad for a colorful and tasty BBQ side dish.
