- 4 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained canned salmon with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, form the salmon mixture into patties.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat and cook the salmon patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Once the potatoes are crispy and the salmon patties are cooked, serve them together on a plate, garnished with fresh parsley.
