  • 4 medium potatoes (cut into wedges)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for salmon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained canned salmon with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
