- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
