  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes are softened.
  6. Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and cook for an additional 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
