- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet, cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Break it up with a spatula as it cooks.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
