Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into 4 equal patties.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  4. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Toast hamburger buns in the same skillet until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun and adding lettuce, tomato, and cheese as desired.
